7. Change Requests and Scope Changes
Changes requested after scope approval may require additional effort, revised timelines, or additional charges.
Where applicable, Apptroid Technology may evaluate the requested change and provide an updated estimate, change request, revised milestone, or amended proposal before implementation.
Work outside the agreed scope is not automatically included in the original project cost or delivery schedule.
8. Payments and Commercial Terms
Project fees, payment schedules, milestone payments, advance payments, recurring charges, taxes, support fees, and other commercial terms are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or commercial agreement.
Apptroid Technology may pause work, restrict delivery, or delay release of project deliverables where agreed payments remain overdue, subject to the applicable project agreement.
Any third-party fees such as hosting, domain registration, cloud services, API usage, payment gateways, app-store accounts, SMS providers, email services, licensed software, plugins, or external subscriptions are the responsibility of the client unless expressly included in the agreed project scope.
9. Intellectual Property
All original Website content, including text, design elements, layouts, graphics, icons, illustrations, visual assets, and Website materials created by Apptroid Technology are owned by or licensed to Apptroid Technology unless otherwise stated.
